Q: How long will my order take to get delivered? Can you give me a date on which it will arrive?
A: As we offer free shipping we cannot provide you with an exact date your package will arrive. This is due to the fact that your package is being shipped inside of your country by whichever shipping company can provide the fastest delivery time. Therefore it depends on the individual shipping company at what exact date your package arrives at your house. This also means that shipping times vary between different countries. The most precise information you can get concerning the date of arrival for your item is by checking in on the tracking code you have received.
Q: When I try to track my order the system says: "This number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet." Do I have the wrong tracking number?
A: For your tracking information to start working it usually takes between 1 to 5 days. This is caused by the shipping companies and there is therefore nothing we can do about it. However all orders that have received a tracking code by us have left our facility and are on the way to you!

Q: I have recently placed an order but it has not been shipped yet! Should I be concerned and have you even received my order?
A: You should have received a confirmation email by us just after you placed your order. If not, please get in touch with us so we can update your contact information. After we have received the order it usually takes 24-48 hours to ship out your product and send you your personal tracking code. However, in some cases it may take up to 3 business days to get all orders shipped out. Rest assured that you will receive a tracking code eventually. Q: I’m not able to track my package to the UK as there is a red exclamation mark next to it!
A: The UK has shipping companies that do not comply with the international ePacket shipping experience. What this means for you, is that while your package is in transit inside of the UK you will not get any tracking updates or information. We ship out all packages as ePackets for them to arrive as fast as possible, however this can result in UK customers not getting any tracking details while it is in transit inside of the UK.
